In the heart of Rome, amidst the timeless beauty of cobblestone streets and historic architecture, Elayna and John exchanged vows in a wedding that was as stylish as it was heartfelt.
Their journey began three years ago in Texas, and Rome, one of their first trips together, was the perfect backdrop for their intimate celebration. With a guest list of 30 close friends and family, they celebrated their love at the stunning Palazzo Vilon , inspired by the film "The Great Beauty."
As their photographer, my goal was to capture candid yet editorial photos, focusing on stylish details and genuine moments that would beautifully reflect the essence of their love story.

The room where Elayna prepared for her big day with her closest friends was a loft adorned with captivating paintings, setting the stage for a day filled with beauty and inspiration. Before the ceremony, Elayna and John shared a private first look in the hotel's Italian garden, surrounded by marble statues and lush greenery. It was a moment of pure magic as they took in the beauty of their surroundings and prepared to exchange vows.

With the help of Weddings on Demand, their exceptional wedding planners, Elayna and John's vision for their dream wedding became a reality.
Elayna was a vision of elegance in her Danielle Frankel wedding dress and Manolo Blahnik shoes, while John looked dashing in a Ralph Lauren suit. For the after-party, Elayna changed into a chic Clio Peppiatt dress paired with Miu Miu ballet flats, allowing her to dance the night away in style.

The dining room doors opened to reveal the stunning galleria, designed by Giovan Francesco Grimaldi in 1672. The beauty and history of the space took everyone's breath away, creating a truly unforgettable moment for Elayna, John, and their guests. The reception was a feast for the eyes, with table settings adorned in different shades of red and plexiglass chairs arranged around a long mirrored table. It was a modern yet romantic setting that perfectly complemented the timeless beauty of Hotel Vilon.

The festivities began the night before with a welcome dinner party at Luciano Cucina Italiana, where guests indulged in delicious pasta under the warm Roman night sky. Before dinner, Elayna and John had an iconic engagement session, exploring the charming streets of Rome and capturing memories that would last a lifetime  (check it out here!)
